Join CatholicVote’s 2025 St. Michael novena for the renewal of America

CatholicVote is once again calling the faithful to prayer with its annual St. Michael Novena, urging Catholics across the nation to unite in a spiritual battle for the soul of the country.

This year’s novena, titled “St. Michael, Pray for the Renewal of America,” will begin on Saturday, Sept. 20, and conclude on Monday, Sept. 29, the Feast of St. Michael the Archangel. It invites participants to pray, fast, and intercede for the country through the protection of St. Michael, leader of the heavenly hosts.

The nine days of prayer will focus on specific intentions, including the protection of the unborn and the vulnerable, an end to politically motivated violence, justice rooted in truth for leaders and institutions, the conversion of hearts, the safeguarding of families, strength for priests and bishops, courage for Catholics in the public square, and the defense of religious liberty.

The novena will conclude in thanksgiving for God’s mercy and with prayer for a new dawn in America.

CatholicVote has hosted the St. Michael Novena in recent years to rally Catholics in prayer at critical cultural moments. The novena reflects the conviction that America’s renewal will come not only through political action but through the grace of God and the spiritual strength of the faithful, joining St. Michael in the fight for the soul of the nation and in prayer for its renewal.

Catholics are invited to join in this year’s St. Michael Novena by signing up at catholicvote.org/novena.
